Working with Me

I really work WITH YOU to focus on what is important to you. Building strong relationships with my clients is an important part of therapy with me, because I believe that healing happens within the connection between humans. I also blend evidence-based treatments based on your needs to make sure you see real improvements. I want you to see tangible change in your life right away, and give you the tools to get there.

About Me

I became a therapist as a second career after leaving the corporate world. I worked as a Software Engineer and a Product Manager in tech for many years after completing my MSE and BSE in Computer Science at University of Pennsylvania. (I see you, burnt out tech workers!)

I quit my tech job to become a therapist after navigating a grueling experience in the healthcare system. I found my passion for healing in my own therapy. I then completed my Master’s in Counseling Psychology at The Wright Institute in Berkeley. Part of my training included working in a school-based setting with kids ages 10+ and also working with adults.

Who I Work With

II know what it feels like to be seeking more in your life, and I aim to help you achieve it. I am passionate about helping clients ages 10 and up who are: queer, neurodivergent, gender minorities, have OCD or stubborn anxiety symptoms, have a chronic or acute illness, are in non-traditional, polyamorous, or ENM relationships, are experiencing professional burnout — or any combination of those!

I also welcome and work with clients who don’t fall into any of those categories.
