Working with Me
Often we know we want something to be different before we fully understand what needs to change. Or perhaps we have an idea of what needs to change, but we need help navigating a path through the weeds. My work is informed by an integrated approach of relational, psychodynamic, and Gestalt therapy. This means we'll begin by building a secure and grounded relationship where you're free to be seen exactly as who you are. We'll explore the beliefs, behaviors, and relationships that influence how you experience the world around you. And we'll frequently slow down and maintain curiosity about your existence in the present moment. Together, we'll make room for new ways of understanding yourself, connecting with others, and moving toward the life you want to live.
I welcome work with individuals, couples, and families of all backgrounds.
About Me
I found my way to clinical work after a 15-year career in tech. My transition grew out of a deepening interest in human connection, self-understanding, and noticing the patterns that shape how we move through the world. I'm grateful to have found work that allows me to bring these interests into a meaningful, collaborative, and attuned process with others. I value the ability to mix skills I learned early in my career, including creative problem solving, process awareness, clear communication, and systems thinking with those I've nurtured in my personal life, like empathy, compassion, humor, and a willingness to remain present in uncertainty and discomfort.
