Working with Me
In our work together, my priority is to offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel safe to be fully yourself – free of judgment or shame. I approach therapy through a client-centered, trauma-informed, and relational lens, drawing from psychodynamic principles to help you better understand the "why" behind your thoughts, feelings, and patterns. Together, we’ll explore how your experiences and relationships shape the way you move through the world. My goal is to support you in making meaningful changes that align with your values and your vision of your best self. I believe we are all constantly evolving and therapy can be a powerful place to pause, reflect, and grow with compassion and curiosity. Wherever you are on your journey, we’ll work side by side to help you move forward with greater clarity, connection, and self-understanding.
About Me
I've always been someone who deeply values connection, empathy, and creating spaces where others feel seen and safe. I began my career in tech here in Silicon Valley, but my passion for supporting others led me back to school to become a Marriage and Family Therapist. My own experiences with mental health have shaped the way I show up in this work – with deep compassion, humility, and a belief in the power of healing. I know how transformative it can be to turn inward with curiosity instead of judgment, and to ask ourselves what we truly want from life. It’s a profound honor to sit with people in their most vulnerable moments and to be invited into their inner world, one I hold with the utmost care and respect.
